I’ve been looking into AI voice agent services for businesses and I’m curious about how well they work in real-world situations.

The idea of having an AI handle inbound calls, answer common questions, qualify leads, schedule appointments, or follow up with customers sounds useful, especially for businesses that receive a lot of repetitive calls. But I’m wondering where people have seen the biggest benefits.
